Patient Registration

Registration is required for all procedures at Atlantic Health System hospitals. In most cases, it is recommended that you call ahead of time to schedule an appointment. Please note that some procedures do not require a scheduled appointment.

If you are making an unscheduled visit to our hospital, please ensure that you have a valid identification (ID), insurance cards and a signed prescription from your physician, including the diagnosis code or ICD-10 code.

If you have a scheduled appointment, please plan to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to you appointment so that you can register with us.

  • Our Patient Registration Department is located on Simon 1, off the main lobby. Please park in the visitor parking lot next to the hospital and use the Madison Avenue entrance.

Newton Medical Center

  • The registration desk is located off the main lobby. Please park in the visitor parking lot in front of the hospital.

  • The Central Access Department is located on the fifth floor (main level), off the hospital lobby. Please park in the West Garage, located directly across the drive from the main entrance.
