About me

Neha Verma, MD, is a fellowship-trained endocrinologist with Atlantic Medical Group (AMG). Board-certified in internal medicine, endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine, she has clinical expertise treating patients in the management of diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic syndrome. Dedicated to delivering the highest quality patient care, she enjoys working with patients to make long-term changes to improve their health by preventing or managing conditions associated with diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic medicine.
Dr. Verma earned her medical degree at the St. George’s University School of Medicine, St. George’s, Grenada, and served as an internal medicine resident at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown, NJ. She then furthered her specialization with a fellowship in endocrinology at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, OH.
A diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, Dr. Verma is also a member of the Endocrine Society. She has been published in several peer-reviewed journals and presented at many national conferences. Dr. Verma is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
