Karen S Ziemke, MD

Dr. Karen Ziemke specializes in adult and pediatric asthma, allergy and immunology and has been in solo private practice for the past 25 years. She joined Atlantic Health Partners in December 2023.

Dr. Ziemke earned her B.A. in the Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her M.D. from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.  She then completed her residency in pediatrics, and fellowship in adult and pediatric allergy and immunology, both at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.  

Dr. Ziemke is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.  She is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology as well as a member of the American Contact Dermatitis Society, and is a participating provider of Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.

Dr. Ziemke manages asthma, nasal and ocular allergies, allergic contact dermatitis, eczema, hives and other allergic conditions. She enjoys working with individuals and families in her practice, and strives to maximize her patients’ quality of life when dealing with asthma, respiratory allergy and skin allergy.
