John Hahn, MD, is an Atlantic Medical Group gastroenterologist specializing in diseases and disorders of the digestive system including the liver, pancreas, and esophagus. Fellowship-trained in gastroenterology, he is board-certified in both internal medicine and gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Hahn is a seasoned clinician with over 37 years of experience in gastroenterology. He applies his knowledge, expertise, and state-of-the-art technology to provide diagnosis, treatment, and care for patients experiencing acute and chronic gastrointestinal problems, including inflammatory bowel diseases and esophageal conditions. He takes time with each patient to explain tests, procedures, and therapies with the goal of helping patients cope with their gastrointestinal conditions in order to lead active and healthy lives. Dr. Hahn is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology.
After earning his degree from UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School, Dr. Hahn completed his residency at University Hospital-New Jersey Medical School where he also pursued fellowship training in gastroenterology. He has consistently been named a “Top Doctor” in numerous regional guides including New York Magazine, New Jersey Monthly, Jersey’s Best magazine, and Castle Connolly Top Doctors. He is a participating provider of the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization.
