This is the second time I have seen this specific specialist. Sadly she is very condescending and a bit snarky. I went into detail with the staff beforehand to make sure that my need's would be addressed by said physician. They spoke with the physician and assured me all would be resolved. Sadly it was not.

I wanted to see Dr Oppenheimer. He wasn't available. I took Dr Graffino as second choice. She was very irritated with me that I had not discontinued medications. I had not expected to do testing at the appt.

The doctor is a room with a very poor yellow light she is behind her desk she never stood up or came close to see what o wanted to show that I have on my leg, arms and hands. She said she doesn't know what is causing me this itching and rash in certain areas of my body. She sent me a cream known as menthol. She said to cone back in 1 year. I don't see she help me to find the problem or either to control the problem.

I was reluctant to make an appointment based on bad online reviews. It was a totally different experience. The staff was very welcoming especially the CMA who was amazing, Doctor Graffino listened to my concerns and they were addressed right away. Thank you for your help.
