The staff, and specially the nurse assistant and Dr. Rodriquez were EXACTLY what you hope for in a medical professional; Competent, Articulate, Empathetic, Knowledgeable, and Affable!

I do not believe Dr Rodriquez listened carefully to my concerns I have been Ill since approximately 02/10/25 with an ever worsening URI. It started as a cough/sore throat/runny nose. The symptoms worsened each day with sore throat, constantly runny nose, productive cough, loss of appetite, fatigue, sleeping frequently throughout day. I kept myself hydrated with fruit juices, water, tea. My next scheduled appt with Dr Stoyjanova was April 8 and she had no earlier availability, so I accepted a visit with Dr Rodriquez. Dr Rodriquez seemed to gloss over my longstanding symptoms and focused on wheezing which was the latest symptom manifested. She asked I had asthma. I have no history of asthma. Since the duration of illness and symptoms I was having seemed to suggest RSV, I asked Dr Rodriquez about whether this could be RSV. She never gave a straight answer and went on to order an inhalator, steroid, antibiotic and Chest X-ray. She then left the treatment room. I waited and waited and finally asked one of the nurse assistants who came into the room why I was still waiting. He checked on the situation and told me I was finished. I went to the exit station and had to wait several minutes for the post visit paperwork and CXR script to be prepared. I have never experienced such a lack of concern from anyone in this office before. I have been under the care of the most competent and caring Irina Stoyjanova snd her office staff for several years. Dr. Soyjanova's care and treatment plans have always been complete and comprehensive. She Is knowledgeable and organized. She manages to cover all the bases without having me feel rushed. FYI , not that it matters, I am an 83-year-old retired RN. I had the impression Dr Rodriquez didn't like what may have seemed to her, "self diagnosis". I will follow her treatment plan, but if there is no improvement, I plan to seek treatment at an urgent care facility.

The Doctor didn't even listen to my chest or breathing or even look in my nose as was having sinus and head congestion issues. She didn't seem concerned about the fact that I am going to be flying in the next 3 weeks and I'm difficulty hearing, although she said my ears were clear, but still my hearing is muffled and still congested. She said it would clear gave me nothing said only to keep with the Flonase. I have been feeling this way now going on 10 days. I came in to get something to clear the head and nasal congestion so that I can hear again before my vacation.
