It is very difficult to make an appointment with what is supposed to be my PCP is always busy.

My previous primary care doctor I was waiting for month to get a appointment with now she is out for a medical emergency so I scheduled with this current primary doctor. I was asked to fast to take my blood. When I get to my appointment I found out that my blood work can not be taken. This is very concerning to me because I don't see a point in making a annual appointment with no blood work to review. Now I have to find time to get my blood work done and then schedule another appointment with her to review it.

Although I came in with a medical concern I was not given an examination other than the doctor just asking some questions. Did not instill much confidence.

My visit was an excellent experience. They took my husband and I in that very day because we are in our late 70s and we were very illl. They also called to check on us the next day.
