Breastfeeding Your Baby Part II – Beyond the First Weeks
Fee: $35
This class is for parents who have completed our Breastfeeding Your Baby Part I class or who are interested in learning how to pump their own breast milk. Topics include pumping and storing breast milk, maintaining milk supply and returning to work while continuing to breastfeed. Partners are welcome. Classes are held at Morristown Medical Center.

Breastfeeding Support Group: “The First Weeks at Home and Beyond”
This class is offers an opportunity for breastfeeding mothers and their babies to engage in open discussion on how to breastfeed successfully. Topics include common issues that arise during feeding, returning to the workplace, and proper use of a breast pump and milk storage. Classes are held at Morristown Medical Center and Overlook Medical Center.

New Moms Support Group
New mothers gain support while sharing the joys and challenges of living with a newborn. This group is led by a professional social worker and babies two weeks to one year old are welcome.
Every other Friday; 10:00 to 11:30am
Classes are held at Morristown Medical Center in the Parent Education Classroom on Simon A.

New Moms Support Group: “First Year Together”
New mothers can learn stress reduction and problem-solving skills, as well as how to connect with others. Light refreshments will be served.
Thursdays, 6:30 to 7:30pm
Classes are held at the Center for Mental Health at Newton Medical Center.

Postpartum Aqua-Aerobics
Fee: $100 for six classes
Topics include gentle movement exercises, water weights and open discussions about pregnancy, birth and parenting. Classes are held at Atlantic Rehabilitation, located at 95 Mount Kemble Avenue in Morristown, NJ.
