Building a culture of P.R.I.D.E
Business resource groups (BRGs) are voluntary, team member-led groups who share a characteristic, background or interest that defines each particular group. They serve as an outlet and resource for team members and are aligned with the organization’s mission, values and goals. Allies are invited to join BRGs to support, learn and contribute.
While each group has a particular focus, all BRGs encourage team members to break boundaries and learn about each other’s rich cultures pertaining to race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, education, language, military status, occupation, family status, age, etc. race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, age, disability, military status, language, immigration status, marital or parental status, occupation, education, or socioeconomic background.
